Membership Status is delineated as:

General Member: (MIA) Minimum 100 hours of training in the area of the Academy/ies applied:

Associate: (AIA) Minimum 200 hours of training in the area of the Academy/ies applied:

Senior Associate: (SAIA) Minimum 300 hours of training in the area  of the  Academy/ies applied:

Registered Senior Associate: (RSIAI) Minimum 300 hours of training in the area of the  Academy/ies applied:  plus acceptable and applicable training as a healthcare professional i.e. (nursing, pharmacy, counseling, etc.

Diplomatee: (DIA) Minimum 300 hours of training in the area of the Academy/ies applied:  plus acceptable medical training and credentialing as a physician recognized in the United States or appropriate agencies throughout the world, (Acupuncture, Allopathy, Ayurveda, Chiropractic, Dentistry, Naturopathy, Osteopathy, Podiatry,)

Senior Diplomatee: (Sr.DIA) Minimum 300 hours of training and 500 hours of clinical practice in the area of the Academy/ies applied:  plus acceptable medical training and credentialing as a physician recognized in the United States or appropriate agencies throughout the world, (Acupuncture, Allopathy, Ayurveda, Chiropractic, Dentistry, Naturopathy, Osteopathy, Podiatry,)

Meritorious Membership: Fellow and Senior Fellow: lifetime achievement designations
