Somatics

Bodywork intricately addresses structural and functional issues within the body, tapping into its inherent healing capacity. Practitioners, in sync with natural laws, initiate and sustain the healing process. A crucial aspect is understanding the Body and Being Ratio, highlighting the intimate link between physical well-being and overall state of being. This proves beneficial for addressing trauma, stress, or accidents, aiming to induce relaxation and restore muscle tone through somatic practices.

In bodywork, practitioners focus on alleviating physical tension and imbalance from trauma, stress, or accidents. The emphasis is on inducing relaxation and rejuvenating muscle tone through somatic techniques. By harnessing the body's natural healing capabilities, practitioners aim to release stored tension, fostering balance. This holistic approach recognizes the interconnectedness of body and mind, understanding that addressing physical issues significantly contributes to overall well-being.
